Directions DIRECTIONS FROM BOSTON TO WINTHROP ARMS VIA TUNNEL Upon exiting tunnel, proceed up ramp, bear left, beyond Airport Exit. Take first exit marked Orient Heights / Winthrop which is Route 145 North/ Bennington Street. Pass Dunkin Donuts on the right, and take the next right at the traffic light, onto Route 145 / Saratoga Street (which turns into Main Street) in Winthrop. Follow Route # 145 past CVS on your left, going over a bridge with water under it into Winthrop. Continue on Main Street, straight ahead until the third light at which time you will bear slightly to the left. Continue straight ahead past the Citgo Gas Station on the right. (Bolster's) Proceed up hill to set of lights. At the light take sharp right onto Crest Avenue. Take first left at Dalrymple School, onto Grovers Avenue. Winthrop Arms is two blocks down on the left.
DIRECTIONS FROM REVERE BEACH From the rotary at the South end of Revere Beach (Eliot Circle), follow Route 145 into Winthrop. At the first set of traffic lights, take a left onto a sloped hill (Highland Ave). At the first Stop sign, take a right onton Cliff Avenue. Winthrop Arms is at the end of the block on the right. |
